These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, bookings, digital products, and purchases made through KEI MADE IT and keimadeit.com. By booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Any remaining balance is due according to the terms shown during booking or before final delivery of completed work. Prices may vary depending on project requirements, location, duration, additional services, or other requests outside the original booking.
Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are used to reserve your scheduled date and time. Clients who need to reschedule should contact KEI MADE IT as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations, missed appointments, late arrivals, and rescheduling may be subject to the KEI MADE IT Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Photography & Videography
Clients are responsible for obtaining permission to film or photograph at locations requiring authorization. The client is also responsible for providing accurate information regarding the project, location, schedule, and any special requirements before the session. Additional shooting time, locations, extensive travel, special equipment, or requests outside the original scope may result in additional charges.
Editing, Creative Production & Delivery
Editing and delivery times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Unless otherwise agreed upon, requests that significantly change the original project after work has begun may require an additional fee. KEI MADE IT does not guarantee specific business results, engagement, views, sales, streams, or other performance from content created for a client.
Beats & Music Production
Purchasing or leasing a beat does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying composition or master production unless an exclusive ownership agreement specifically states otherwise. The rights granted to the purchaser depend on the license selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable beat license before releasing or commercially using the music. Beat licenses and digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or presented as the purchaser’s original production except where expressly permitted by the applicable license. Exclusive licenses, when offered, may have separate terms.
Digital Products
Because beats, licenses, and other downloadable products are delivered digitally, purchases may become non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law or otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
Unless ownership is specifically transferred through a written agreement, KEI MADE IT retains ownership of its original creative work, branding, website content, music productions, designs, and other intellectual property. Clients receive only the usage rights specifically included with their purchase or service agreement.
Portfolio Usage
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, KEI MADE IT may display completed photography, videography, or creative work in its portfolio, website, social media, promotional materials, and other examples of previous work, subject to applicable privacy and publicity rights. Clients who require confidential work or do not want their project publicly displayed should communicate this before the project begins.
Limitation of Liability
KEI MADE IT will make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and as described. To the extent permitted by applicable law, KEI MADE IT will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of its services, website, or digital products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
KEI MADE IT may update these Terms & Conditions as the business, services, or website changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
