Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposits
Booking deposits are non-refundable and are required to reserve the client’s selected date and time.
Cancellations
If a client cancels their booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule once without losing their deposit if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. The original deposit will transfer to the new booking date.
Late Rescheduling
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the original deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another date.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another date.
Weather & Emergencies
Weather, emergencies, and circumstances outside the client’s control may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations by KEI MADE IT
If KEI MADE IT must cancel a confirmed booking, the client may choose to reschedule and transfer all payments to the new date or receive a full refund of payments made for that booking.
Digital Products & Beats
Digital products, including beats, downloadable audio files, and beat licenses, are generally final sale once the digital product or license has been delivered or made available for download, except where a refund is required by applicable law or KEI MADE IT delivered an incorrect or defective file.
